Team Spirit Award from FK
International School has filled my heart with deep gratitude and
reflection. Before this recognition, my journey at FK was shaped by countless
shared moments—working together during busy school days, supporting colleagues
during challenges, and celebrating small victories as a team. Those earlier
days were not about awards or titles, but about building trust, learning to
listen, and understanding the true meaning of collaboration. The laughter in
staff rooms, the collective problem-solving, and the sense of belonging created
memories that I will always cherish with nostalgia.
From 6th January 2025 to 5th December, this
journey became even more meaningful. During this period, I consciously embraced
teamwork as a responsibility and a joy.
Each day offered an opportunity to support colleagues, share ideas and work
collectively toward common goals. When I was presented with this certificate on
5th December, 2025 it felt less like a personal achievement and more like a
celebration of the unity and spirit we built together at FK International
School.
This award has
reinforced my belief that teamwork is one of the strongest foundations of any
successful institution. Being acknowledged for making teamwork enjoyable and
effective motivates me to continue fostering understanding, empathy and
cooperation. It reminds me that even small acts of support can leave a lasting
impact and that leadership often begins with kindness and inclusivity.
As I look
ahead, I carry this recognition as both an honor and a responsibility. The
values that earned me this award will continue to guide me; bringing people
together, uplifting those around me and creating spaces where collaboration
thrives. No matter where the future takes me, the spirit of teamwork nurtured
at FK will remain a lasting part of who I am.
